Les Khan, CEO of St Kitts and Nevis’ Citizenship by Investment Unit, said that there has been an increase in interest from African businesspeople, particularly from Nigeria and South Africa, hoping to secure a dual citizenship. According to Khan, the benefits of gaining travel freedom especially when attempting to conduct business abroad.

St Kitts and Nevis has become a top destination for wealthy Africans who wish to invest in a dual citizenship. The dual-island nation operates the world’s longest-standing Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programmes and those who hold its passport can travel to nearly 160 destinations, making it one of the strongest within the region and 25th globally. Investors who pass the necessary due diligence checks gain access to a wide-range of benefits including the right to live and work in the country.
